The Funding Process

The funding process begins once all of your documents have been prepared, dated, signed, and returned.

All your documents are then reviewed by your investor to make sure everything is correct and properly documented. The final back-up quality control check of your credit and employment will now take place, to ensure that no changes have occurred during the process.

If everything checks out, your loan will be funded by the investor. The money will then be wired to the title/escrow office or your closing attorney for disbursement. The exchange process will now be complete.

An electronic wire transfer will then occur before 12:00 p.m. to allow for same day confirmation. This funding process will usually take place 2 to 4 days after your documents have been returned to your investor.
